Cara is a highly experienced Reiki Practitioner who has been offering training in Reiki, Internal Arts, Meditation, and Mindfulness since 2003. She received her first Attunement and training from the Highly esteemed Wendy Walker Reiki Master and Aikido Martial Artist (UK) and has been working as a Usui Ryoho Reiki Master and Internal Arts Practitioner ever since.

REIKI 1 ENERGY HEALING SHODEN DIPLOMA
WHY CHOOSE REIKI?
The first foundation level Reiki 1 course is called 'Shoden' and is a great start to anyone's healing journey. The Reiki 1 course includes foundation practitioner level tools mainly for self healing, this level is perfect to start the process of healing your own energy and using reiki in your day to day life to bring energy, connect to divine source (chi, prana) and to assist others around you with their healing, as well as using Reiki at work, for healing others when you feel confident and sending Reiki Healing for world healing, including for plants and animals.
The course includes the Reiki 1 Attunement from your Reiki Master so you can start your Reiki Journey with confidence, the attunement assist to dissolve any blockages you have to being a successful Reiki Student, and literally clears out and activates your energy channels.
WHAT IS THE REIKI 1 COURSE CONTENT?
Reiki Level 1 includes many tools and skills you can use in your life, on family, friends, at work and more! here is the full COURSE OUTLINE: Your notes and training manual are in a lineage directly from Dr Usui himself, and you will recieve a Reiki 1 training manual (digital) with your training:

- 21 Day Reiki Level 1 Cleanse Journalling and Healing Guidance: you will be guided for the next 21 days as to how this profound Attunement will cleanse and heal you deeply throughout the next 21 day helping clear stuck energy on all levels: Personal Healing Issues, Relationship issues and Spiritual issues. This is a time for you to adopt a vegetarian or plant based diet and spend as much time in rest as possible so you can get the most from this training. 1 week before and 21 days after training please try to refrain from: drinking alcohol, smoking, using drugs
- Cara's tuition includes extra 'COMPLIMENTARY SYMBOLS' (Angelic, protection and peace, cleansing) which other classes do not, I feel as a teacher we are ready for symbols on level 1 and was granted the permission to include these by my Reiki Master Teacher

REIKI 2 ENERGY HEALING OKUDEN
Continuing your Energy healing and Reiki journey to the next level, Okuden. Reiki 2, Practitionerl Level is perfect for all who wish to deepen their Reiki Energy Healing Practice. Level 2 assists you to obtain insurance to practice and set up as a Reiki Practitioner.
You recieve Level 2 'Traditional Reiki Symbols' for you to use for energy cleansing, mental and emotional healing
You will also recieve the Reiki 2 Attunement, which again assists to cleanse and unblock the Energy channels even more intensively than level 1 as you start to gain greater skills as a Reiki Practitioner and Healer so you can continue your Reiki Journey with confidence.
Reiki 2 will build on the knowledge and wisdom of Level 1, with the COURSE OUTLINE being complimentary and the notes you recieve will be of direct lineage to Dr Usui and previous Reiki Master Teachers which include:

PROVIDING MODELS: you will be required to practice Reiki on a model, please provide a model for a minimum of a 2 hour period (model must fill out a consultation form before Reiki treatment)
NOTE:
It is recommended that BEFORE YOU EMBARK ON BEING A PAID REIKI PRACTITIONER that you:
Complete 3 case studies of 3 sessions, and practice some kind of 'Internal Arts' daily, such as: at least one of the following energy cultivation methods:
Daily Reiki Meditation OR daily Self Healing Reiki
Breathwork, Yoga, Taichi, Qigong, micro cosmic orbit etc
