DELIVERY FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS if you purchase a physical item from my siseroots shop orders may take at least 7-14 days to arrive to you.  NOTE:   If you have purchased a service there will be no delivery of any item(s) and you are paying for a service or tuition only 

POSTAGE: ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR DELIVERY FROM  POSTING DATE FOR DELIVERY all items are sent via tracked Royal Mail and are recorded delivery for safety.  You are liable for any EXTRA CHARGES or IMPORT TAX / DUTY to your country . ensure whatever you purcchase from your country is legal to send, this is your responsibility.  International allow 10-30 days 

RECEIVING MAIL you are responsible for accepting delivery of your recorded and tracked item(s) and any return or re-posting fees will incur an additional posting charge at the full postage rate

NON DELIVERY in the very rare circumstance of a non delivery you agree to: wait a minimum of 21 days (3 weeks) before any refund or replacement item is issued as items can and sometimes do arrive late via post (up to 4 weeks)

PURCHASE AGREEMENT  when you purchase you agree to check your item: full written description, visual photos and size (*Allow an average of 1-3mm in all measurements).  PC monitor colour may vary to real life colour of your item.  I list every item honestly and take clear photos in natural day light.  also note: i have small hands so items may look larger in my hands than yours 

CUSTOMER CARE I want you to be happy with your purchase and my service . my shop integrity means everything to me, if you have a problem at all please politely message me, i have online selling procedures for delivery, non delivery, returns and feedback 

NO QUIBBLE RETURNS PROCEDURE if for any reason you want to return any unused item* you can kindly return for a full refund within 14 days to my address given upon a return request. To start a returns process please send a KIND message to me at etsy, all return fees are at your expense i do not provide returns labels in any circumstance, your original item cost and p&p will be refunded on return of the item (* earrings are exempt from returns due to hygiene)
