Your information is collected if you request:

A PURCHASE FROM MY ONLINE SHOP: To buy a product from me or service online: I will have your details stored in my shop at Etsy or Wix Website which you authorise Etsy / Wix to provide to me, such as your name, postal and email address, payment information and the details of the product that you are ordering. All information provided will only be used by myself (at Wix) and Etsy to fulfil and process your order and comply with seller obligations to process your order in strict compliance with Etsy Privacy Policy, Etsy Seller Policy and their Terms of Use and will not be used in any other way. For website sales at carabianca@myyahoo.com the same will apply as above but Etsy will not be a third party and there will be no other third parties involved in the transaction apart from the payment method (i.e Paypal etc)

Our Agreement... When we work together in any way (YOURSELF AND CARA BIANCA), whether on an individual basis, in person, online, by distance (in a video or voice call, or by email correspondence or distance training including online training platforms), in a 121 or group training setting, including worksops and events at fetes and festivals, which includes free workshops at events and online.

When you use any or all of my services in full or part, you agree and enter into a legal verbal consensual contract of agreement that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions: and enter into the following CONTRACT and client-therapist-teacher agreement with myself (CARA BIANCA) and yourself as named when you choose to take part in any of the following or variations of the following activities:
ATTENDEE AGREEMENT - BY PAYING TO ATTEND THIS CLASS, WORKSHOP – WORKSHOP – EVENT OR HEALING TREATMENT – FREE CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS – ONLINE WORKSHOPS – TRAINING WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS – RETREATS you agree:
UPON BOOKING There is a minimum 50% non-refundable booking charge for all activities and workshops. For cancellations with under 48 hours notice FULL PAYMENT will be required for your activity. All workshops/classes/events are subject to change and cancellation at the discretion of Studio Amirah
REFUNDS - THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IN FULL OR PART ON COMPLETION OF A TREATMENT WORKSHOP OR TRAINING, you have the right to a free 10 minute consultation to see if what I offer is appropriate for you and also you can cancel your session within 10 minutes free of charge, thereafter you are entering into a PAID NON REFUNDABLE SESSION EXCHANGE
YOUR DETAILS: will be kept private and will not be passed to any third parties, unless required to do so by law or for legal requirements

YOU AGREE YOU ARE:
- OF SOUND MIND AND BODY AND THAT YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR
ACTIONS ON ALL LEVELS: PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL.
- You agree that Cara Bianca is not liable for any injury or illness or any adverse reactions or events
whatsoever for events before, during or after your session and that you have taken full responsibility for your own health (physical, emotional and mentally) throughout the session with Cara Bianca and that you agree the opinions and ways of working and teaching Cara uses are only techniques that are intuitive and holistic (meaning it is your duty to create wholeness and Cara is only a way-shower) and her way of working is metaphysical and of a holistic nature.
- MEDICAL You agree to consult your Health care professional Doctor PRIOR TO TREATMENT OR WORKSHOPS if in ANY DOUBT SEEK MEDICAL HELP, there are guides for contra indications below
- You agree: you are not suicidal or having suicidal thoughts, if you are YOU MUST VISIT YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY as Cara cannot help you further with suicidal thoughts.
- You are responsible for all your current medical conditions and are contracted to ask questions before you come to treatments and workshops to ascertain correct suitability before you attend, if your condition is controlled medically you agree you have checked wit your healthcare professional that you are safe to proceed with the activity whilst on your current medication, and also you have checked thoroughly contra-indications and you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and general wellbeing
BEFORE ATTENDING ANY SESSION: you agree to seek any medical advice if required, as Cara Bianca Wiseroots (and all organisers) are not doctors or health care professionals, if you have any questions you agree to ask these within 48 hours BEFORE THE EVENT, ideally in writing by emailing: carabianca@wiseroots.com You agree you are of sound mind and freely agree to use your own wisdom to guide you, at any time you can request to leave a session with Cara Amirah. 

- ALL ORGANISERS AND WORKSHOP LEADERS are not responsible for any adverse events or reactions during or after the event.

YOUR POSSESSIONS: You are responsible for your own possessions at all times and breakages or loss is at your own risk and Cara Bianca WiseRoots is NOT LIABLE for any damage, loss or theft during your stay on the premises or outside of any premises
- CONTRA INDICATIONS AND ALLERGIES - you have checked with your Doctor or health care professional BEFORE YOU ATTEND ANY EVENT and also have requested full contra-indications and/or ingredients listings (for teas, drinks, food, topical oils, etc) and if allergic to ANYTHING (including food, drink and skin care) you have informed Cara Bianca a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event to discuss your allergies in full and you take full liability for not doing so in writing at carabianca@myyahoo.com . Cara Bianca CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY PRODUCT (drink, food or skin care) IS FREE FROM ALLERGENS (ie nut, wheat etc). 

- DANCE/YOGA/QIGONG/MOVEMENT ACTIVITIES: you agree when you attend exercise classes, you are fit and healthy to attend the relevant exercise class you are attending and you have entered into the agreement that YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY and agree to work within your own body limitations at all times, you agree to ask for modifications if you cannot do any of the activities, and make your tutor aware before the class or session as to any reason why you cannot join in fully. You agree under this contract you will check with your doctor or health care professional prior to the exercise event if in any doubt and take full responsibility for your health and safety whilst in any class with Cara Bianca 
 Contra- Indications for exercise: Aches, pains, arthritis, knee, hip, ankle problems. pregnancy first 3 months, if you are under your doctors care in the past 6 months or have unmanaged psychological conditions such as bipolar, schitzophrenia, etc, epilepsy, seizures, asthma etc. Heart condition/pacemaker fitted. Metal implants or screws can cause discomfort and is precautionary.

- HOLISTIC TREATMENTS AND THERAPIES You agree to check all contra-indications BEFORE attending a holistic treatment therapy such as reflexology, indian head massage, acupressure massage, self massage training, crystal healing, holistic massage, closing the bones etc. You agree to inform Cara if you are allergic to any topical oils or skin care before treatment and also of any condition you have, especially physical. Cara cannot treat or cure. Contra- Indications for sound: pregnancy first 3 months, if you are under your doctors care in the past 6 months or have unmanaged psychological conditions such as bipolar, schitzophrenia, etc, epilepsy, seizures, or other episodes. Heart condition/pacemaker fitted (a sound bath can change the rhythm!). Metal implants or screws can cause discomfort and is precautionary.

- MEDITATION, BREATHING WORKSHOPS AND SOUND BATH You agree to check all contra-indications BEFORE attending a sound meditation class. If noise sensitive you will bring your own earplugs with you to the event and take responsibility for their use. Contra- Indications for sound: Meditation is best avoided if you have any mental health disorder that is not diagnosed by a health care professional. Breath-work, breathing techniques etc is contra-indicated for anyone with cardio-breathing difficulties. Gong baths and sound Baths are best avoided if you have tinnitus, menieres, hyper sound sensitive, epilepsy or any ‘sound sensitive’ or any ear condition, pregnancy first 3 months, if you are under your doctors care in the past 6 months or have unmanaged psychological conditions such as bipolar, schitzophrenia, etc, epilepsy, seizures, or other episodes especially brought on by sound. PTSD related to sound. Heart condition/pacemaker fitted (a sound bath can change the rhythm!). Metal implants or screws can cause discomfort and is precautionary. 

- TAROT AND ORACLE CARDS You agree that all readings and use of cards in workshops and at events are FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Contra- Indications for tarot: pregnancy first 3 months, if you are under your doctors care in the past 6 months or have unmanaged psychological conditions such as bipolar, schitzophrenia, suicidal thoughts, etc, epilepsy, seizures, or other episodes. Heart condition/pacemaker fitted.

- CEREMONIES, RITUALS AND SHAMANIC SESSIONS - You agree that all ceremonies, rituals, Shamanic work (including Cacao Ceremonies, cord cutting and filling, womb healing, heart healing, chakra healing etc), energy healing (including reiki) and use of tarot and oracle cards in workshops and events is FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. Cara Amirah does not claim to cure or heal in any way and it is your responsibility to contact your health care practitioner if you need help. Contra- Indications include: pregnancy throughout, if you are under your doctors care in the past 6 months or have unmanaged psychological conditions such as bipolar, schitzophrenia, suicidal thoughts, etc, epilepsy, seizures, or other episodes. Heart conditions/pacemaker fitted or other serious illnesses.

- ADVICE AND RECOMMENDATIONS GIVEN BY CARA BIANCA DURING HER TEACHINGS - All information Cara Bianca provides is of opinion only, and is subject to change as new advancements are found. If we recommend the use of anything during our classes, events, workshops etc, you agree that it is your responsibility to research whether this ‘advice or recommendation’ is suitable for you and if in any doubt contact your financial, health care, specialist adviser or other related professional for their advice and guidance. If we have recommended other practitioners we are not responsible thereafter for any adverse effects of any kind

ONLINE BOOKINGS – You agree, you have read the full terms and conditions for the service you have requested and take full responsibility before, during and after your session and that you have no contra-indications for the session you are agreeing to enter into with Cara Bianca. If you feel you want to cancel an online session (this only applies to telephone or skype sessions) within the first 10 minutes you can do so, there will be a £10 charge to cover fees. You agree there are no refunds as you, by staying present, have agreed that the service given is of value.
FOR TRAINING CERTIFICATES AND DIPLOMAS WITH CARA AMIRAH - If training with Cara Bianca, you have checked with your insurance provider they will accept a private diploma before you go ahead and train. You agree Cara Bianca has passed on her most recent knowledge to you at the time of training and accepts no responsibility for your actions once qualified, after you have trained You agree it is your responsibility to research for correct procedures further after training, to keep up with CPD and also get correct insurance and use correct professional equipment
HENNA ART AND HENNA ART PARTIES - You have signed the relevant paperwork for henna art and agree to the full terms and conditions and take full responsibility for your actions. You agree you will take up any law suit with the HENNA MANUFACTURER. You have checked the FULL LIST OF INGREDIENTS which is fully and openly available and have been offered a patch test before your henna, of which it is your right as a client to decline a patch test before treatment so long as you are not allergic to any of the ingredients and have no contra-indications.
PARTIES – If booking Cara Bianca for a party, you agree the venue you provide will adhere to health and safety procedures. You are responsible for the safety of furniture, the building, music license PRS and that Cara Bianca is only attending to provide the entertainment at your party. You agree that all guests are aware of any contra-indications (reasons not to take part in the event) and will ask questions in writing at least 48 before the event if there is any concern at carabianca@myyahoo.com

You agree Cara Bianca has full copyright to all photos taken at events and gatherings and you give your full consent for their use online

CANCELLATIONS

RESCHEDULES
All workshops/classes/events are subject to change and cancellation at the discretion of Cara Bianca to be rescheduled at a future convenient date, Cara will give you at lease 48 hours notice unless there is an emergency or illness which stops Cara from delivering her services or goods ​

HOMEOPATHY
You agree to check in full with your doctor before you book a session, any disease or illness should be declared in the Health Declaration form. All Homeopathic remedies are safe to use alongside allopathic

HERBAL - CACAO - HERBAL TEAS
You agree to check with you doctor or healthcare professional BEFORE YOU TAKE ANY HERBAL INTERNALLY, especially if you are on medication of any kind. Cara Bianca cannot recommend CACAO or HERBS for anything and any advice is purely Cara's experience, thus it is up to you to check and research fully before you proceed with any ingestion, agreeing it is your responsibility to do you your own research fully before taking CACAO or HERBS, and also follow the manufacturers guidelines (if applicable). You agree to take up any lawsuit directly with the manufacturer of the HERBS - CACAO upon purchase. It is your responsibility to check if CACAO OR HERBS are legal in countries you will be travelling to as each country has different laws and these may be subject to change
TRAINING WORKSHOPS CERTIFICATES AND DIPLOMAS
f training with Cara Bianca Wiseroots, you have checked with your insurance provider they will accept a private diploma before you go ahead and train (Cara is a fully qualified Adult Education Teacher). You agree Cara Bianca has passed on her most up to date knowledge to you at the time of your training and accepts no responsibility for your actions once qualified, after you have trained You agree it is your responsibility to research for correct procedures further after training, and you agree to keep up with your own CPD training, if in doubt find a business expert and get a second opinion, and ensure you obtain your own professional business insurance that will accept your qualification certificates
HENNA & BODY ART
You have signed the relevant paperwork for henna art and agree to the full terms and conditions and take full responsibility for your actions.
