DO YOU OFFER HOME VISITS?  
YES! we offer Home visiting services and Personal Care Services in the following areas: 

HOME VISITING FEE'S: 
- BAND 1 FREIXIANDA ALVIAZERE CAXARIAS ANSIAO CABACOS CHAOS within around10km of Wiseroots.  Home Visits are FREE for treatment(s) of 45€ or more and upwards or €5 travel fee applies for treatments under €45 (minimum treatment price is €25)
- BAND 2 TOMAR OUREM POMBAL FATIMA FIGUEIRO DOS VINHOS BECO within around 15km-20km Travel fee is free for treatments over €60 or €10 travel fee will be applied for treatments under €60 (there is a minimum treatment fee is €45 in Band 2)
- BAND 3 COIMBRA LEIRIA ENTRONCAMENTO For further distance please message,   Bookings over €120 are free travel to these areas or €20 travel fee applies with minimum treatment fee of €80

- IFL TEACHER Cara is verified with the IFL Institute for Learning (Government Body in the UK) and has worked in the field of Holistic Adult Education provision for over 15 years
- BABTAC PROFESSIONAL all beauty therapy treatments have been approved by BABTAC British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology   
- SYT YA YOGA PROFESSIONAL Senior Yoga Teacher with over 5000+ verified teaching hours recorded with the International Yoga Alliance Professionals 

ARE PRODUCTS USED IN TREATMENTS NATURAL ?
All treatments are 100% natural and contain NO CHEMICALS OR TOXINS, where possible Cara will choose Organic skin care or massage products and will not use any harmful or petrochemical products.  We do not use the following products: nail polish or petrochemical body products.     

WHAT IF I HAVE A SENSITIVITY?
We will try to accommodate you as best we can, please reach out to us with your situation.  If you have any sensitivities or allergies please advise Cara within 48 hours before your treatment so we can discuss options. You may be required to provide your own products.  We cannot guarantee any of our products are nut free.   

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY TREATMENT?
Please prepare accordingly for your booked session, wear correct clothing.  You agree you are fit and well to attend the session you are booking onto and that you have your healthcare providers or Doctors full consent to attend any session with Wiseroots or before embarking on any new fitness or supplement regime of any kind.  You agree to take full liability for your actions and agree Cara / Wiseroots is not liable for any damages whatsoever

CAN I CHAT WITH YOU TO SEE IF YOUR SERVICES ARE APPROPRIATE BEFORE I BOOK IN? YES! We offer a free 10 minute discovery call so you can ask questions and find out if Cara's services will be right for you 

HOW DOES WISEROOTS PREFER TO BE PAID 
For in person services Cara prefers to receive cash only, for parties, events and bookings a non returnable deposit will be required to secure your booking   
 
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING ?
Yes you can reschedule your booking if you have an emergency, please let Wiseroots know as soon as you can if you require a reschedule  
 
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY ?
YES! All sessions can be cancelled within the first 15 minutes of attending and no charge will be made, thereafter you agree to pay the session fee.  Please cancel or reschedule within 48 hours or you may incur a booking cancellation fee (subject to waiver)
 
ARE SESSIONS REFUNDABLE ?
There are no refunds for any sessions . Cara offers a 15 

IM INTERESTED IN HOME CARE SERVICES, PLEASE TELL ME MORE...
For customers who book in for 'Body Care Services' such as Nail and Foot care etc or for those that require additional help due to immobility or illness, Cara offers the following Home Care services: 
- light home maintenance & domestic cleaning services: house cleaning, pot washing, laundry, dusting, hoovering, general tidying and organising etc
- Dietary care, cooking & food preparation 
- General shopping services
- Plant care, garden & patio care: weeding
- Pet care: dog walking (safe areas only without risk of issues), nail trimming, grooming etc (for friendly animals only) 
- and more, please ask.
PRICE PER HOUR: 8€ (without equipment, provided by client) CASH ONLY SERVICE 
CERTIFICATES: CRB Checked, Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.  
NOTE: Equipment to be negotiated upon services required and may incur additional costs, such as for cleaning products etc are at your additional cost.  Wiseroots will ensure every care and due diligence is carried out whilst on your premises with your possessions, and will inspect any items prior to use (ie: household, garden & electrical items), but cannot accept any liability for ANY general wear and tear, depreciation, genuine accidents, damages or breakages to any household or outdoor items, products or possessions whilst carrying out any job whatsoever, you agree this is at your own 100% liability upon booking.  PRODUCTS: Cara will only use natural, chemical free and safe home care products and will refuse to use any household or gardening chemicals, and can recommend alternatives for use.  

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS 
You are responsible for your personal possessions and vehicle, wiseroots cannot accept any liability for damage, breakages, theft, loss or accidents classified as 'acts of god' both whilst on or off the Wiseroots premises or whilst using any of your possessions on your premises including furniture and any other items.  You agree to take full liability for all los, breakages and damage of any kind.   

DO YOU HAVE A DATA PROTECTION POLICY 
YES! your details are only held for your session(s) with Cara and are not passed to any third party .  All details are stored by manual paper and NOT DIGITAL so there cannot be any data breaches
