Cara's Story

Cara has always loved the Holistic side of life, from an early age Cara met & trained with some top Holistic Healers of the 90's including renowned Author Glennie Kindred and the Father of Champissage Indian Head Massage Narendra Mehta. Cara has since then always had a prestigious role as a holistic community teacher and trainer in her local and wider community.

Cara has a personal established daily Yoga, Meditation and Breath Work routine that she finds balances, calms, relaxes and assists her body in her daily wellness and her passion for clean healthy living and eating is a vital .
