Homepoathy starts with a powerful consultation session with a thorough indepth consultation, usually at least 1.5 hours in length, for some people up to 2 hours, you will talk through in detail what you would like help with, and a remedy or remedies will be chosen to help bring balance to your situation.  These are usually from natural substances like mineral, plant or flower remedies
