The best ever Golden Turmeric Paste & Powder ‘GOLDEN POWDER’ Reishi Cordyceps Turmeric
Here is my special blend recipe for golden turmeric paste or as I call it before you mix it with coconut oil ‘golden powder’
Turmeric paste is said to have the following benefits:
- anti-inflammatory
- antioxidant
- Digestive
- Brain boosting & better mood
- cancer prevention
- anti-aging
this blend is boosted with super healing mushrooms and health giving green powders, it tastes absolutely amazing and is so easy to use daily, I absolutely love this powder so much. I want to share the recipe with you and can’t wait for you to try it out yourself not only do I have it Also give it to my dogs as well for their health and well-being they absolutely love it and the powder can easily be mixed in the daily meals. Most dogs require at least 1/4 dose of what a human has obviously check with your vet first before you proceed.
There are so many different variations of turmeric pastes I would just love to share with you my favourite recipe
So here goes
Use organic powders and mix as follows
golden powder recipe
1tbspn Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper add a pinch
1/2 tbspn healing mushroom complex such as reishi, Lions mane, Turkey tail or cordyceps
1/2 tbspn of any ‘green powder’ such as spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass etc

Optional extras
here are a few of my favourite optional extras:
Ginger powder create a lovely spicy variation
Garlic powder will make the paste garlicy and ‘savoury’ yet it’s still very lovely mixed with honey I’m great as a medicine if you have a sore throat
Ashwagandha powder is a wonderful adapt those that might feel stressed out and need extra support
instructions
place the dried powders in a clean dry plastic Ziplocbag or glass bowl and mix the powders together thoroughly, store them in an airtight glass container or ziplock bag and ideally use within 3 to 6 months.
how to use
You can use this powder to add to food or sprinkler on top of foods such as soups stews and salads. You can also add this powder to smoothies, fruit juice or take as a shot mixed with filtered or spring water
Dosage
The average dose is half a teaspoon to 1 teaspoon, start small and build your way up and always check with your healthcare professional before adding any new health supplement to your diet. Not recommended for babies, young children, pregnant or breastfeeding Women.

Golden turmeric paste recipe
You can add the golden powder to coconut oil, use 1 tablespoon of powder to around one to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Gently melt your coconut oil and mix in the powder to the melted oil, you can add an optional teaspoon or two of raw local honey
store in a glass jar and ideally use within 3 to 6 months. you can eat golden turmeric off of the teaspoon have around half to one teaspoon daily or you can add this to drinks baking desserts and cooking obviously the sweet paste is great for teas and desserts and if you omit the honey it is a great savoury paste
