here are 3 of my favourite purication techniques using a simple healing symbol and powerful an ancient mantra, you can use this practice for

helping recovery with prayer
Symbols and mantras are super powerful for cleansing and clearing and purifying! you can purify immediately within seconds without anyone even knowing that you have done so, all toxicity negativity and bad energy will immediately dissipate and neutralise.
I have used this technique in many ways for over two decades and IT WORKS! Here are some of the ways that I use my purification techniques form
FOOD energetically cleansing food is essential, especially if you haven’t cooked and prepared it yourself! in some eateries the environment, the chef who prepared your mealor even the food ingredients may have toxic traits, literally thst you eat and ingest! these techniques will help to assist the energetic purification of the food you are consuming, and for instance may help repair damaged molecules of food for instance eg; food that is cooked in a microwave ravaging it’s DNA or cooked with toxic ingredients such as seed oils or high sugar
WATER AND DRINKS you can also clear and cleanse anything you drink from tapwater that may have toxic fluoride in it, to cans and bottles of drink
ENVIROMENTS if you have to visit somewhere, especially for things like tests, exams or appointments you could use these techniques to help clear and cleanse the space as you visit either in advance or right there and then on the spot this can include going to places like test centres, doctors, dentists, opticians, work places, meeting rooms and more. You can send healing or clear the rooms you visit, and even cleanse the waiting room and chair you are sitting on, you can also send healing energy to any friends, family or loved ones undergoing stressful events in their life or send to purification to practitioners or colleagues you work with
MEDICATIONS if you have to take medication these two simple techniques can help you clear negative energy from allopathic medicine’s, pills, pharmaceuticals, vacc ines and more, resetting the actual intention of the medicine to be healing
Obviously it is best to try and remove all toxins or poisons from your environment and don’t just rely on using these techniques to keep on eating, taking pills, drinking contaminated tap water etc or being in potentially toxic situations or environments (that is not the aim!)
Here are some scenarios:
you are at a party and you are offered a very beautiful looking piece of birthday cake that you know may usually may contain toxins such as e-numbers, additives, high sugar and seed oils you can accept this piece of cake as an offer offering with gratitude and celebration for a friend or families birthday energetically clear and cleanse, and bless it… then eat it!
You have to go to the dentist for a filling on your tooth and you know they will inject you with aesthetic and fill your tooth with probably a composite substance that you actually don’t know the ingredients of which could maybe be toxic to your body system in this instance you can use these techniques to help assist you to purify the environment and these products
You are given a medication by your doctor for an acute situation to ease and there is no other alternative for you to take anything at this moment. You can use these techniques on allopathic medicine or even if you are in an emergency situation at hospital with yourself or a loved one. So you can energetically clear purify and cleanse the environment. Efficiently.

CHO KU REI
Reiki Power Symbol

Drawing can be physical, such as with paint or a pen, you can chant the name 3 times to activate the symbol, or you can draw the symbol with your hand in the air, or you can draw the symbol in your mind and project it into space or implant into objects, environments or people, plants or animals that require cleansing or healing. you can draw it in real time and send it to a past or future event. the possibilities are endless when used with an intention of healing and bringing positive prana and light. cara offers one-to-one online Reiki & energy healing training and refresher courses for all levels. how to use the Green Tara mantra for wish fulfillment:
Meditate: Sit quietly before her image, focusing on her qualities of compassion and fearlessness. Let these qualities surround you
Set your intention: think of your wish or intention or your desire to remove obstacles, your wish must be beneficial and not harm others
Visualize: As you chant tara’s, visualise Green Tara in front of you, radiating green light and Imagine this green light surrounding you, healing you, and surrounding your wish, intention, empowering it, welcome her blessings flowing over you
Chant: ‘Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha’ 108 times, focusing on your wish
Offer gratitude: After chanting, thank Green Tara for her blessings, make an offering such as flowers or incense on an altar with her statue or image
Trust: in the process and release attachment to the outcome, welcoming in positive change
Connect deeper: if you can, Study her teachings do you can deepen your relationship to tara as Understanding her symbolism can deepen your practice. Also Practice daily compassion and Embody Green Tara's compassionate nature in your life and help others when you can.

A blessing goes a long way it can just be the briefest of intention and ‘blessings’ will happen or you can recite a simple blessings, mantra or prayer either in your mind or out loud, this is a beautiful thing to do, especially before you eat or share your space with others.
