The CIRCULATION system of the body includes the heart, arteries and veins, which works on a pump system, here are my top go-to remedies for the circulation and heart

DIET & LIFESTYLE FOR A HEALTHY HEART

First start with your diet

  • eat healthy ideally using blood group diet as a guide, some foods can be bad for your blood group

  • remove the following additives from your diet: which are known toxins: trans fats, mono di & triglycerides, avoid industrial seed oils: sunflower, rapeseed etc

  • cleanse blood (to remove BBS (bad blood syndrome) too two herb teas to drink daily are daily:  nettle and dandelion

  • Bitter is the taste associated with the Heart: If you crave bitter foods your Heart may be asking for support. Foods beneficial for the Heart are plum tomatoes, broccoli and watermelon

  • eat a low carb diet

  • exercise daily and gently, take walks and stretch out

  • avoid overly strenuous sweat exercise routines including running, new research is suggesting that western cardio exercises are not good for the long term health of your heart which is built for and favours more moderate to gentle exercise

  • establish a peaceful life as a peaceful heart is blessedly important for its and your health



EMOTIONS

From my work as an energy therapist I can honestly say that emotions take a huge toll on the heart and circulation with stress, anxiety, depression, fear, and adrenal overload, all of these conditions stress out and overwork the heart and circulatory system as well as holding onto old energetic patterns of emotional or mental distress can affect the long-term health of the heart.

The heart holds both emotions in Chinese diagnosis of. And also hate if these emotions are out of balance chronically then the physical heart could be affected especially later on in life. It is essential any energy work is done and the heart undergoes energy healing of some kind to assist the energetic healing of the heart on all levels of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual heart bodies. Pranic energy can be specifically good for specific organs such as The heart.


CHINESE MEDICINE & THE HEART

The Heart is the Queen of all organs, it is said that all the other organs will sacrifice for the Heart and give their energy to help the Heart maintain her balance. When a person is under chronic stress, not only the heart but also the Liver energy will become compromised because it’s energetic function is also to smooth and regulate emotions. During times of chronic stress or excessive emotion is experienced, both the Liver and Heart will be compromised. Also, The Heart is the Mother of the stomach and liver, Stomach and liver energy must be in balance for Heart energy to be balanced. The Hearts partner is the Small Intestine. To take care of your heart you must take care of your digestive organs, the Liver and the Stomach also

SYMPTOMS

  • DIFFICULTY SLEEPING if you have difficulty sleeping it may be a sign that your Heart function needs support

  • CRAVING BITTER FOODS can point to an imbalanced Heart

  • TONGUE The tongue is the sense organ related to the Heart: A healthy tongue will be red in color when the heart is in balance. Cracks or lines down the center of the tongue also indicate a potential Heart function issue. If there is blood stagnation, the tongue will reflect this with a dark purple color. If there is insufficient blood in the Heart, the tongue may appear pale.

  • SWEAT is the “fluid” of the Heart: the Heart controls bodily fluids. If you sweat excessively, it can signal deficiency of the Heart. Also by taking part in too man activities that make you sweat too much, this can also cause deficiency of the Heart.

  • RED FACED the complexion reveals the state of the Heart. Like the tongue, a pale complexion indicates insufficient blood, and an overly red face can signal excessive heat. The blood vessels are the “tissue” of the Heart and the face has many blood vessels too


EXERCISES FOR HEART HEALTH

  • HEART CONNECTION Place your hands over your heart and send your heart loving gratitude for your self  

  • SMILE practice looking in the mirror and genuinely smiling with gratitude at your self

  • WALKING Go for a relaxed walk.  Hold your hands behind you at your lower back allowing your heart to open as you walk

  • LETTING THE DAY GO as you lay in bed before you sleep consciously replay the days activities going backwards, look back with neutral emotions, allowing the day to fully release out of your mind and then you can drift into a peaceful sleep.

  1. NEEM LEAF POWDER: is top of the list for all things circulation! Using neem tree leaves can be beneficial in these conditions as it has properties that can dissolve blood clots, and reduce Blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, and other heart irregularities. Neem is very effective because of its antihistamine effects due to its properties called Nimbin. Neem leaf tastes very bitter, get capsules or tincture daily

  • Enzymes dissolve bloodclots: bromelaine (from pineapples) nattokinase, Serrapeptase, lumbrokinase

Emergency First Aid for the Heart

If you experience any difficulty with the heart or circulation or are waiting for help to arrive, try these simple tips:

  • CAYENNE SHOT have a shot of water with cayenne pepper in it

  • HEART MUDRA provide stimulation to your heart: Open and close both hands for at least five minutes or as long as possible, curl down your middle finger to touch the palms of your hands.
