Centering yourself! What is Wuji? And tools to find your true still centre

this post will help bring light to your life and any imbalances you are living through

what are the causes of imbalance in your life?
is it stuck energy patterns in your health manifesting as illness and disease?

is it a feeling of a lack of wealth and abundance
or flow of good energy into your life?

and if one is deficient, it will affect every part of your life, especially your emotional and mental well-being
when things go off Balance how can you bring things back?
‘Wuji’ is a centre point within you
have you heard of Wuji?
It’s actually the centrepoint with Yin Yang symbol, the space between the two.
Light and dark
Good and bad
Happy and sad
Energetic and depressed
they all have this fine balance within us

you enter into this point when you practice
yoga
meditation
breath work
self reflection
and
all healing practices
It’s essential daily practice that counts
this balance point is where pure health happiness and even wealth exists in abundance for all
when you step into this authentic space, anyone can create miracles in their life and heal anything
The key to balancing is ‘entrainment’

then using the correct energy forces to bring about change, release or evolution
you can use any methods to entrain your frequency, some methods are use as a holistic therapist are

in order to locate imbalances in your life here are some questions for reflection and journalling: with all of your answers please be very honest, look at these questions write down the answers and then return again back to them within the next week and see how you feel and if anything has changed, always remember be very gentle on yourself and allow yourself to open up in a space of self love and compassion, remembering that nobody is perfect
Grab some paper and a pen and let’s go
— do I feel balanced and centred?
— Where do I most feel out of Balance? personal, internal, emotionally, mentally, energetically, when i’m around people or situations or places?
— where is my feeling of dis-ease the most strongest?
— if I could reset and change one thing in my life, what would it be?
— am I living in the present? or am i stuck in the past or future?
— what is my biggest worry or fear? And do I have techniques that can help me dissolve it?
— who am I and who do I want to be?
— Am I confident being myself? Am i confident i can change myself or do i need support
So now you located how you feel the next step to healing is to integrate techniques and tools into your daily life on a daily and weekly basis to assist you to help heal, here are my top favourite techniques for bringing positive energy into your life
easy ways to balance your daily energy
Daily meditations are essential for a minimum of 10-20 minutes a day, there ae lots of meditation styles to choose from, and many guided meditations available, i also recommend moving meditations such as: Gentle walking meditations, be aware of each step as you walk and your surroundings, walk for at least 20 minutes a day as a meditation
yoga pose: lay in the corpse pose (savasana) daily and concentrate and focus on your breathing and your Hara energy Centre, located at your belly button
Breathing: Practice belly breathing which will help you find your still centre
Sun power: watch the sunrise, sunset or sit in the Suns healing rays daily to bathe i. golden pranic energy, imagine your cares is melting away as you bathe in this healing energy
Moon power: Connect with the phases of the moon and be aware of new moon and full moon as a time to go inwards and relax
Food for thought: Spend meal times in meditation, consciously prepare and eat your food, if you can while playing relaxing music with a calm mind and avoiding excessive talking, think about how the food is helping you heal and nourishing you where it came from and give thanks
Practice gratitude and write lists or meditate on daily gratitude from the people around you to the food you eat and everything that is available for you in abundance
Spend time alone, focusing on yourself and if you can in silent meditation
mantra: The best mantra for coming into your Wuji is OHM, either chant or play this mantra daily it will ground and centre you
Visit a Healing Therapist: Go for healing Sessions with a professional therapist you are drawn to, it’s always advised that you go for a healing session at least every three months to keep your energy balanced, especially if you struggle to balance your own energy and this is especially important if you are a carer or therapist yourself as you may be an empath and take on other peoples energy which could affect your own
Classes: Attend classes that lift your soul weekly such as yoga or meditation or even sound baths
Prayer and wise texts are essential to recite or read daily, they assist you to implement daily ritual in your life and help clear and cleanse your energy with positivity, any form of prayer or devotional activity is very personal, some people will use cultural or religious learned prayers or devotional practice and others may want to learn new practices to bring positive energy into their lives on a daily basis such as learning Reiki healing, yoga or meditation sutras, or even visit sacred spaces in nature or local religious temples
