Cara has consciously decided to be 100% independent and NOT be a part of any affiliate or institutional groups, previously accredited by the IFL, IICT and YogaAlliance as a SYT (Senior Yoga Techer). Cara offers a range of Healing Treatments and Diploma courses that are easily accessible to you online in the comfort of your own home.` F.A.Q: WHO CAN ATTEND? ANYONE! can attend this session WHEN IS IT HELD? Every month 11th and 22nd at 11am for a maximum of 30 minutes, during this time you can relax and unwind. If we are streaming in a shared space, Please ensure you have your video ON and your sound OFF at all times so we can see who is in attendance. WHERE IS IT HELD? Online via Skype.
